Message	Tx, Ca, Fl, and Az especially. The tint place near my house [ http://www.tintworks.net/index.htm ] (that does very nice work) did the back three windows of my last DD, and a glare strip on the windshield. I LOVE having the glare strip as seen here on my GTX: So I went in yesterday to get the cost for tinting my new dd (note new bad ass sig). I want the back window, door windows, and a glare strip. In Ca there's a law about tinting windows in front of the driver's shoulders and I want no reason to get pulled over (not like a diesel pup is a target) so I'll get a very light tint on the door glass. As I talked to the guy about the glare strip, he says "I can tint the whole winshield to cut the heat". WTF He showed me a Mercedes that had the entire windshield tinted with the lightest tint he offers, couldn't tell it was done. So, my questin is: And yes, I'm serious. Anyone have their windshield tinted? Yes, I said it. Windshield. Noticeable reduction in heat? Glare at night? Anything?? ummmmm..can we just post about cars? (n/m) - College Boy 08:55:03 04/28/05
